We seem to be in a race to eat our planet alive. Is the solution to compel everyone to live under a single rule, as with communism or fascism, or indeed the de facto corporatism of the global marketplace? Or do we need to find a way to return the freedom to determine our own destinies to communities, to each of us, so that individuals are empowered to act as responsible stewards? Does the answer lie with a single world government, a single world religion, a single authority, or does each of us have the answer, if only we could each show our own unique light?
